Bentall Kennedy

David Antonelli is an Executive Vice President at Bentall Kennedy US and portfolio manager of the Multi-Employer Property Trust, the firm's open-end commingled private equity real estate fund. It is one of the largest real estate equity funds in the US. David also serves on the firm's investment and management committees. Prior to assuming the role of MEPT portfolio manager in 2010, David was Senior Vice President, Acquisitions, responsible for directing the acquisitions group in the Northeast region of the US. During that time, he directed approximately $2.5 billion in acquisitions. David joined Kennedy Associates as Vice President, Acquisitions and established its Washington, DC office in 1995.

David has worked in real estate investment management for over 22 years. His experience includes portfolio management, investor relations, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, investment structuring and restructuring, and asset management. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy US, David worked for New York-based Elders American Realty Capital, a joint venture of American Realty Capital and Elders Finance Group of Australia. In this capacity, David participated in the acquisition, asset management and disposition of a $300 million portfolio of US real estate. David joined Elders in 1989 as an Associate and left the firm in 1995 as a Vice President. David began his career in 1986 as a Financial Analyst in the management consulting group of KPMG.

David holds a degree in economics from Syracuse University and an MBA in finance from George Washington University. David is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
